Image size when posting to social media

Starting between October 5th and October 7th, images that we post to social media through Adobe Express appear compressed and blurry. The size and quality are fine in Adobe Express and when downloaded. It's just when we try to share to Instagram and Facebook that the problem occurs. One of the attached photos is from our Facebook page before the issue started occurring, the other is from after.
