on ios the images and videos are neither getting replaced in templates nor getting uploaded separately even in libraries

Thanks for reporting this. Could you please let us know the model of your device? Is this happening with all images and videos? Are you getting any error messages? If so, can you share the screenshot of the error?

Also, if possible, can you share the screen recording of the issue?

yes. with all the images and videos. only pre downloaded mp4 designs which are made previously in express are getting opened

Error- no error msg. Just nothing happens. only a white circle appears on the image or video and remains idle.

EVEN THE SCREENSHOT was not getting uploaded to tour system

I Have lost 2 whole days of my premium plan already.
