Media - Photos Not uploading correctly, just seeing a grey box.

Welcome to the Adobe Express Community!

Are you still getting grey boxes when uploading images? Can you try working on a different recommended browser or private/ incognito browsing mode? Such issues usually get resolved by clearing cache/cookies; you can also try that. Also, ensure that you have stable internet connectivity.
