Images from Library Blurry when Imported

I have a graphic from Illustrator that I saved to my library and when I attempted to place it into my Express document, it loads incredibly small and then when trying to increase the size for the document I find it's blurry. 

Specs:

- Express document 2000x2000px

Imported Graphic: 

- 2000px wide 

Because the graphic is the same width, in theory it should import clear as can be, but I'm finding that's not happening. Even importing a PNG from desktop has the same effect albeit just a little bit crisper. Attaching screenshots of what the graphic looks like placed from the library and what it looks like when transforming it larger to fit the document.
