Images in Phone Gallery or SD Card not uploading

While designing or creating a social post, there is an option called upload from device.

 When I am opting this to upload images saved in my phone gallery or SD Card folder, once I select an image and say OK, it's not uploading the image. I mean on selecting the image, it's not getting copied or pasted on my social post that I am designing. Instead the App restarts from beginning. This is happening for last many day's. Can someone help me to fix this issue.

We're sorry to hear about this. Did you try switching to another internet connection to check if that helps? Please make sure the app you're using is updated. Also, you can try reinstalling the app or restarting the device to see if that makes any difference.

    Thanks for responding to my query. I wish to bring certain observations to
    your notice

    1. Even after uninstalling and reinstalling, the issue remains the same.

    2. I tried on the same wifi/internet network on different days and time but
    the issue still remains the same.

    3. I changed the internet network to a different service provider but the
    result is same.

    The experience is Very annoying and irritating.

    Also note that I have your old version also. In that there is no issue like
    this but in your beta app, this issue prevails.

    Kindly advise further.
