images incorrect/randomly swapping

in a number of my projects the uploaded pictures are being swapped for other uploaded pictures from other projects. Sometimes it looks correct in the preview but when I go into the project all the pictures have swapped out

Can you confirm if these pictures are uploaded by you or AI generated?
