Is this issue still occurring for you? Does it appear for all the projects or just a specific one? Please let us know what kind of project this happens with (image/video/webpage). 

You may try once in a different browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox) to see if that works. Also, share a screen recording if you still run into this issue.
