Existing files I am accessing now open with the images upside down and inverted. Items I try to export also download with images turned upside down after I have rotated and fixed. I have urgent projects that I am unable to finish! Video is also glitchy.

Hi @defaultcjp51qwxmlln,

Thank you for your patience, and I'm sorry you're having trouble.

Just saw your post. While I haven't seen recent reports about this and haven't been able to replicate this, I'm here to help!

It may help to check if you have cleared your browser cache/cookies yet. Sometimes, that can fix unexpected issues. If not, using a different browser/incognito mode might work too.

Please retest this and let us know if you still need assistance. Rest assured, we'll be happy to troubleshoot further, and looking forward to hearing from you.
