Images low quality

Any images i upload to my projects show up extremely blurry / low quality. Both images that i upload, and images from Adobe Stock.

This has been an issue for a few weeks already. 

How can i make the images appear crisp?

If you hover over or click the red triangle, does it give any more details? Is this a webpage, image, or video project? Is it possible to show some kind of before and after?

    This happens with any size project, (1920 by 1080, 6000 by 3375)

    Here is a screenshot of the little error icon that shows up on all my images that i put into a project- (this is from adobe stock btw)
