Images missing from document

Most of the images included in my InDesign document were not transferred to the Adobe Express version. Also, much of the text did not flow correctly. It appears many of the forced returns were converted to spaces.

Hi @joanneb89645093,

Welcome to the community! Thank you for reporting this issue. Missing images in an Adobe Express document can happen for a few reasons, such as sync interruptions or corrupted links. Here are some steps you can try:

  1. Check Your Internet Connection- Ensure you have a stable connection—Express relies on cloud sync for assets.

  2. Refresh or Reopen the Project- Close the document and reopen it from https://express.adobe.com to see if the images reload.

  3. Clear Cache or Try Another Browser/App- On mobile, update the app to the latest version. On desktop, clear browser cache or try an incognito window.
  4. Reinsert Missing Images- If the assets are still available locally or in your library, re-add them manually.

If the issue persists, please share:

  1. The device and browser/app version you’re using.
  2. Whether the images were uploaded or linked from a library.
  3. A screenshot or short video of the problem.

Regards,

Tarun
