Images not loading

My colleague and I often work on the newsletter together. I haven't been able to see images when I log in (with the same credentials) making it very difficult to collaborate and we have to resort to screen sharing on Teams to get the job done. What is happening with the new Express??

I just came across your post and wanted to know if you're still having trouble, as our engineering team has fixed some bugs since this was last reported.
