Images on Layer Timing Not Clipping

I usually use "my stuff" as I load to a library - for me I found a workaround and use the "upload" for individual assets, the layer timing works fine this way.

Same issue here, tried logging out and in, quitting Chrome etc. Any fix yet? 

Adobe picture assets seem to work as does the text. The picture assets I have uploaded do not. Including the ones I've used before without issue. I've tried three different browsers and several file formats.

Same problem here. Had to make an adjustment to an asset. Tried to put the same layer timing on as previously and it simply won't let me. Tried logging out and in, quitting Chrome etc. Any suggestions?
