Images pixelated low res and unusable

I am wondering how long it will take for Adobe to rectify this issue. I have waited patiently to send an important photographic related presentation for a week now and it's still not usable. The quality of the photographs is completely unacceptable when previewed, presented or published yet in the editor they are perfect. Please Adobe get it fixed or some time frame at least!
