Thanks for the report! To help figure out what’s going on, can you share a few details:

• What device and OS are you on?

• Which browser (if using the web version)?

• Or are you on the mobile app or desktop app?

• Is this happening in a specific part of Express (editor, home page, etc.) or everywhere you try to upload?

One thing worth trying in the meantime: if you’re on a browser, check that pop-up blockers or strict privacy settings aren’t preventing the file picker from opening... that’s a common culprit!
