We're sorry to hear about this. Did you try using other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Did you try using another Mp4 file? What is the size of the mp4 you're importing? Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to see if that helps.
