Imported clips in Express are not rotating automatically

Sometimes after importing some clips into Express they are not rotating automatically to the vertical direction they were shot in. Conditions of filming are always the same. Sometimes none of the clips rotates and sometimes it’s just some of the clips and others do rotate.
The bar under “Your stuff” keeps going from left to right but nothing happens. Sometimes the bar just stops and nothing happens after that.
