imported media glitching

My imported media is sometimes not loading, won't play sound says theres an error or won't show the video moving. very laggy. super dissapointed

We're sorry to hear about the issue you're seeing. Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Try in incognito mode. Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies to check if that helps.
