Importing from Adobe Illustrator Changes Font Randomly

When importing a document from Adobe Illustrator (in .aic or in .svg), Adobe Express will just randomly change any fonts included seemingly randomly to another font even if both Illustrator and Adobe Express both contain the same font. This is especially an issue if you use Adobe Illustrator to say create a logo and then want to bring that in to Adobe Express.

Hey @ann0314, Welcome to our Adobe Express community! 

 

Can you please specify the font used in the Illustrator file being imported into Adobe Express? Would it be possible for you to share the Ai file for us to test on our end? There might be some cases where a variable font is used in Illustrator or any other Adobe app, and when the file is imported to Adobe Express, the font can change because, as of now, Adobe Express doesn't support variable fonts. 

 

Could you share the details you asked for so we can investigate this?
