impossible de charger depuis l'appareil

Bonjour, je ne peux charger aucun fichier PNG, JPG ... Un texte sur un bandeau rouge signal que le fichier n'est pas compatible ! Impossible de travailler, pourriez-vous réparer la panne. Merci d'avance.

Which browser are you working on? Can you share a screen recording of the workflow with the red error banner?

Meanwhile, try working on different recommended browsers. You may also want to try once after clearing the browser cache/cookie to check if that makes any difference. If possible, share the image files you're trying to upload for us to test.
