Impossible de télécharger PNG transparent

Bonjour, depuis que j'ai la nouvelle version Adobe Express sur mon iPhone, en plus d'avoir perdu des créations, je n'arrive plus à télécharger de PNG avec fond transparent... J'ai bien sûr supprimé l'arrière blanc afin qu'il soit vide, et choisi l'option PNG transparent lors de l'enregistrement, mais au final j'ai quand même un fichier avec fond blanc.

Quelqu'un a trouvé une solution?

I am looking at the png in the camera roll but I also copied it to my file folder and still see the white background. I also uploaded it online (image hosting) and it had the white background. I do not have any options to save with transparency in adobe express. The only thing I have is download in png transparent (ideal for images) but it still puts a white background even if I don't have a white background in adobe express behind my image.

Also I don't see where in adobe express I can change the destination folder for the downloads. It just automatically go in the picture app. It won't let me choose any other folder.

I just got to the point where I saved my original png file from another program in my drive. Download it on my computer and just adjust the size and everything there. It just not convenient.

Sorry to hear about all your frustration with this. Let me share some screenshots of the process I went through from my iPhone and see if that is helpful.

I started by creating some text on a transparent background

I saved that to Camera Roll with the option to include transparency

I started a new blank file with a transparent background and select uploaded an image

Selected the previously downloaded image from Camera Roll

The added image from the download shows the transparency within the new file

J'ai exactement ce problème, j'importe un png avec un fond transparent dans adobe express, je change la couleur de fond pour qu'il n'y en aie pas (donc je vois le checker board apus mon image) mais quand je sauvegarde en png il me met un fond blanc. Impossible d'exporter un png en fond transparent. Svp pouvez vous m'aider je n'arrive pas à trouver de solution nulle part. Je suis sur Ipad. Merci!

Where are you viewing the image where you see the white background? Were you are looking at the PNG in the Apple Photos app / Camera Roll? If so, you will not see the transparency. Are you saving the PNG with the option to include transparency? If you import the image with the transparent background back into Express does it appear white or transparent?
