Hey @Giancarlo Pastore, Thanks for confirming. The issue arises due to a bug in beta iOS 18.4, and Apple is aware of it; they will release a fix in a future update.

The workaround is to revert to a previous iOS and disable the beta updates (Settings > General > Software Update > Beta Updates > Turn Off).

For steps to uninstall iOS beta software, refer to 'How to uninstall iOS beta software'

Unfortunately, the Express App code does not include a fix, but in case of urgency, you can also utilize Adobe Express Webapp to complete your project.

Can you please confirm the iOS your device is running on? We want to check whether the installed version is a beta iOS update, as iOS-18.4 is a beta iOS, and the issue you mentioned is known for that version.

Also, the only workaround available as of now is to downgrade the iOS to the officially released version i.e. 18.3

If you can confirm this we, can share how to proceed with it.
