Imprint " drop to add your file" doesn't go away

When I drag an image into adobe express, the imprint that says" drop to add your file and under it says " you can add mp4, png, psd. Well it doesn't go away. Screen shot attached. Never happened before. Restarted my computer with same issue

    The problem I was occuring was corrected and not happening any longer.
