In the Adobe Express app, When I click on the plus symbol to create new content and then select Instagram post size or YouTube thumbnail... It is not loading . The entire screen just freezes. I am able to work on the website. No problems there.

Hi ​@GeraldVDJ, thanks for the screenshot and for confirming this works fine on the website, that helps narrow it down to the mobile app specifically!

A few things that would help us dig in further:

• Which device and OS version are you using (looks like Android from the screenshot, but let me know which model and OS version)?
• Is the Adobe Express app itself up to date in your app store?
• Does this happen with every template size, or just Instagram Post and YouTube Thumbnail specifically?
• Have you tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app?

If it's still happening after that, a short screen recording of the freeze would help our team see exactly what's going on.
