Incomplete Window

When clicking "move" to put folders in a file, the dialog box is incomplete, the save button is cut off and there is no scroll button to be able to access it. You can click on the folder you wish to save the file in, but it only opens it, not save things. so everything must be dragged and dropped, but when doing that the page doesn't "slide" to allow items at the bottom to go into folders at the top.
