Indy Ignite Library Not Loading

Someone shared edit access with me for a library called Indy Ignite Library but none of the assets / templates are loading . it is just a spinning/loading bar. Same on all of my browsers so it doesn't appear to be a single browser issue - it is more of a universal bug.
