Inserted graphics getting replaced with random graphics

I have been using Adobe Express on my Macbook for the past two years.  I am using macOS Sonoma 14.4.1 and it has suddenly started replacing all of my graphics with random graphics.

When in fact, this is what was created:

I have no idea where to start.  I tried using it on Chrome and it worked fine, but I dont like using Chrome.  I prefer to use Safari.  Does anyone have an idea of what I can do to prevent this from happening?
