Inserting images not working

When I try to insert an image, it just appears as a gray box. I did not previously have this issue.

Hi there,

We're sorry to hear about this. Could you please let us know the image format you're trying to load? Is it happening with one image or with all images? Did you try with another browser to check if that helps? Is it possible for you to share the screen recording of the issue to help you further?
