Insta story file not loading in scheduler

Quite frustrating. I'm mobile (away from my desktop PC) and trying to load a file I created in Express - an insta story blank template that I added three scenes to on one page with animated text and music. I just get this when browsing to that file. Tried multiple times. Same problem.

This is definitely frustrating. With Adobe Max coming up, there could be some backend work being done. (not exactly sure.)

A while later it worked. Must be a problem with Adobe servers. I have also seen other slow loading issues which is disappointing and interrupts work.
