Insufficient export options for print

There are plenty of templates for print projects like cards, posters, stickers, etc. But there are no download and export options to support those templates.

I created a holiday card using a holiday card template, and when I exported it using the PDF Print option, it was too big to send to a printer through email. When I split up the pages into separate PDFs, the larger page still crashed the printer's program when he tried to open it.

There needs to be compression options in Adobe Express, at least to convert text to outlines, flatten images, and choose a resolution for compressed images.
