'Internal Server Error' on Animate Characters

Over the last 18 hours I have tried to animate a character a number of times but the message 'Internal Server Error' has appeared. The audio clip I have tried to upload is just over a minute long. I am using a desktop version on a Macbook

Thank you for your reply. This was my mistake and not the software. It was an incompatible file type I was trying to upload. Regards

    Welcome to the community! We're sorry to hear about the difficulties. Did you try using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) or incognito mode to see if it makes a difference?
