Internal Server Error when trying to use Animate from Audio

I haven't been able to use the animate character feature in Adobe express for a couple months now. It always comes back with a message that says can't contact server or something like it after waiting for it to generate the preview. I see no option to get support for this issue. Please help me find the solution as I am obsessed with with making animations with characters. I pay 30$ month for all apps and I want to continue using this feature as it's one of the main reasons for keeping my subscriptions

Hi.  I'm still having these issues. I am on MacBook on the Adobe express website and it still giving me error we are unable to contact our service. Please try again..   I keep trying every couple weeks but it's been 6 months since I've been able to use this feature.  And I have been unsuccessful at getting ahold of anyone at Adobe    Is there anything more you can tell me that I can trouble shoot   Thanks

the app on my iphone and ipad are both up to date. Still I am unable to use animate characters on either.. As far as my laptop I am in Chrome and it still gives me the same message..Its been 5 months and I cant use this feature anywhere /////I try... Somethings gotta be done.  i paid for a year subscription to all apps and i cant even use my favorite feature...it really sucks  perhaps another suggestion?

Is there a way to get in contact with Adobe support for this issue to get to the bottom of it?

If you’re using the app version on a mobile device or desktop, make sure you’ve updated it to the latest version. The bug has already been addressed in a recent update.

If you're using Adobe Express in a browser, try switching to a different browser. Some features may work better in Chrome or Firefox than in Safari or Edge.
