iPadOS 26 Bug - Window Resize Handle Doesn’t Work

Could you please share a screen recording of the workflow so we can better understand the issue? Are you trying to resize a project within Adobe Express, or are you working on Adobe Express while another app is open simultaneously on the same screen?
