iPhone 14 Pro After photo or video upload app shows white screen only. Media file are available in recently upload section but when clicked ok it, still app shows white screen.

I got premium subscription recently

and trying to explore the app with iPhone 14 Pro. Tried to upload the image and videos to edit but app doesn’t show the media. App just keeps on loading. 
 

after multiple time app restart also same issue occurs.

    I installed this app on 15th Feb since then issue persists.

    As I upload media in Adobe exp , media no not get uploaded , a white scree appear , timeline do not play media .

    Hi Tarun,

     

    app reinstallation also did not solve the problem. 
     

    both app and iOS versions are upto date. No access issue

    Thanks for reaching out! Please ensure that you are using the latest version of the Adobe Express app and that your iOS is fully up to date. Did you give complete access to your photos/videos before uploading to the app? 

     

    Try signing out and signing in again, or reinstalling the app, to check if that helps.
