Hi, everytime I try to create an animated character it says "error: internal_server_error" on iPad and iphone

how do I fix it?

Hey @dejah_1222 

I always start w the basics and keep in mind
1) Turn off & on my device.
2) Sometimes Adobe is updating their servers or updating the software. (I come back later.)
