Issue Accessing Adobe Express File (UUID: 0dd79c44-8472-49c6-a667-5599d42d0c96)

Dear Adobe Express Support,

I am encountering an issue while trying to access one of my important files in Adobe Express. The error message displayed says:
“Something went wrong. We’ve encountered an unexpected problem. Try refreshing the page or return back to home. UUID: 0dd79c44-8472-49c6-a667-5599d42d0c96.”

Description of the Issue:

The issue started when I attempted to add a large text to a new page to an existing Adobe Express project. (Project Name: Ramadan Ideas for last 10 nights Copy)
Since then, I have been unable to open the file, despite restarting my computer and attempting to access the file on different browsers (Chrome, Edge) .

I would appreciate your assistance in recovering the file or providing guidance on how to proceed. This file is essential for my work, and I would be more than happy to provide additional details if needed.
