Issue Accessing Design Assets in Adobe Express

I would like to begin by expressing my appreciation for the excellent application experience Adobe provides. I am writing to report an issue I have recently faced in Adobe Express. For the past few days, I have not been able to access design assets. When I select suggested design assets such as brushes, elements, and frames through the “View All” menu, it redirects me back to the same page. Currently, the only way I can access design assets is by using the search bar. For your reference, I have attached a video that demonstrates the issue in detail. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this problem at the earliest. Thank you for your support and for continuing to provide such valuable creative tools.

Try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and restarting the browser and try again. For more information on how to clear cache and cookies check this link- https://adobe.ly/4a5ipUF and how to use incognito mode- https://adobe.ly/4a2UzZV 

 

If the above-mentioned steps don't work,  please make sure that the network endpoints listed on https://adobe.ly/4a7ZI2M are allowed.
