Issue alert banner flagging missing assets in a template but when I check all assets are ok and I have even tried relinking and publishing again, but the alert doesn't go away

I set up templates prior to them being moved into projects and some are flagging as having missing assets to the team and they keep raising this with me but when I check the templates and make sure all the assets are linked and republished, the alert does not go away.

Its only been some of the templates so confused why this is happening and if anyone else has had this issue?

    Hi @RachelMata

That sounds really frustrating, especially when you've already double-checked and relinked the assets.

To help track this down, could you share a few more details:

    • Which browser and device are you using when you see this?
    • Roughly how many of your templates are affected, and do they have anything in common (same brand kit, same asset type, uploaded around the same time, etc.)?
    • Does the alert clear if you duplicate the template, or does it carry over to the copy too?

If you're able to share a link to one of the affected templates, that would help us take a closer look — make a duplicate copy first, then open the original and click Share > Who has access > Anyone > Can edit and send me the link privately.

    Hi Rose,

    Yes it its.

Not only can I see it but all my collegues globally are seeing this a multitude of browsers and networks - I am using Chrome if that makes any difference

I have lots of templates that were built before the migration and its affecting a few that are being flagged but I haven’t gone through every single one yet

It doesn’t resolve if I duplicate the template

Hi @RachelMata thank you for the additional information! If you don’t mind changing the settings on the shareable file to “Anyone can edit” and then sending the project URL to via direct message, I can pass it along to the team to take a deeper look.
