Issue on converter to MP4

Hello, I:m on premium member. I've been trying to convert videos to MP4 but it doesn't work. I tried the short videos (within 30 second), long videos (more than 5 minutes) under the strongest WiFi I can have. but it keep saying in progress queue for ages. Can you please help to process it asap? Thanks
