The same problem exists with my project, when i want to download a Video-File. (it works on my phone but not on the desktop). Is there anybody working on fixing that bug?

    Hi Christine!

Great news — our engineering team was able to reproduce and identify the issue in your project. There are a couple of corrupt linked assets in the document that are causing the crash. The good news is that removing those 2 assets fixes the document right away.

Our engineer has put together a short video showing exactly which assets to remove and how to do it. See attached, so you can get unblocked as soon as possible.

Thank you so much for your patience and for sharing the project — it really helped us track this down!

    Hi @Christine226410673st0!

Thank you for the screenshot - really helpful. I can see you're getting the same "Something went wrong" error as the original thread, on what looks like a large multi-page video project.

Before we escalate, could you try a couple of things and let us know the results?

    1. Try a different browser - if you're on Chrome, try Firefox or Edge (or vice versa)
    2. Try incognito/private mode in your current browser
    3. Does it happen on all pages or a specific one? If you can identify a specific page, try deleting or duplicating it to see if that resolves the error
    4. Does the error appear immediately when opening the project, or only when you try to download?

If none of those help, could you share the project link with edit access via DM so we can pass it to our engineering team?

    - Make a duplicate of your project first to keep your work safe
    - Then open the original and click **Share > Who has access > Anyone > Can edit**
    - Send the link to me via private message

    Hi Rose DV,

thanks for you help. I tried everything you mentioned. The problem still exists, the error occurs only in one special page (but I have to use is as a template for lot´s of projects, so its important) I made a copy where I just left that page. I will send you a DM.

    Thanks

    Christine
