Issue with accessing documents

I am highly frustrated because when I try to access my working documents, they do not upload.  I have tried the suggestions in troubleshooting.  My computer does not allow me to work in "incognito" mode.  I have cleared my cache.  However, since this is a paid service, and I have had many barriers in the last week, I am not happy. Can you help me solve this problem so that  I can access my documents in a timely fashion?

Sorry to hear about your frustrating experience. Thanks for trying the troubleshooting you have. I would try these things and then reach out to our support directly if they don't help.

- Test in different browsers - Chrome, Edge, Safari
- Test with any VPN, Firewall, or Internet security software temporarily disabled
- Check to ensure all operating system updates are installed and reboot
