Issue with adobe express lost pixels

Hello

when importing images from other apps such as firefly and we use express to resize or change aspect ratios we appear to be loosing pixels or small white dots appear no matter if we touch up the picture to remove these by copying the pixel next to it and pasting it over the top but when you go to save it the pixels still appear missing or damaged

Thanks for reaching out and for bringing this to our attention. We understand how important it is for your images to maintain their quality during editing. Please let us know the file format you're importing into Adobe Express. Also, before importing into Express, verify that your images are saved at their maximum resolution. You may also, try reducing the file size to see if that helps.
