issue with client access shared files

client get an email link to access file share with them, then they get 404 error and does not see the shared file with them.

We are sorry for your difficulties. Please let us know if you try opening the link and get the same error message; please ask the Client to use a different browser to access the file and if this gives the same error. Also, what type of files or projects are shared with your client?
