Issue with Downloading Files in PDF Print Format

Hello Adobe Community,

 

I'm experiencing an issue when trying to download my files in the PDF Print format in Adobe Express. Whenever I select this option, the download does not proceed. However, I'm able to successfully download my files in other formats, such as PNG or JPG.

 

Is anyone else encountering this problem? If so, have you found a solution or workaround? I would appreciate any guidance or support from the community or Adobe team.

Side note on downloading as PDF for print. If you are looking to get a decent resolution download for your PNG/JPG downloads, choose the PDF for print option instead, then change the file extension from PDF to PNG or JPG. I this is a better workaround than doubling the size of your page.

Thanks for the reply! There was no error message when it occurred. However, I was able to download other file types.

 

I attempted your recommendation to try in incognito mode, but the PDF print option is completely gone now.

Have you tried using the other suggested browsers (Safari, Microsoft Edge, and Google Chrome) to see if it makes a difference? Also, try clearing the browser's cache and cookies, and let us know if that helps.

 

If that doesn't help, can you share the project URL with us to check further?

Having the same issue.  Was downloading fine 3 days ago and now nothing even after a reboot.

We are sorry for any frustration caused but we are here to help.

Could you please let us know if downloads fail for other file types as well? If an error message appears, please share a screenshot. Additionally, does using incognito or private browsing mode help?

We might need more details to investigate this issue further.
