Hi @max2025_user__9236 ,

Can you please confirm if you or the other users are still encountering any bugs, or if it has been fixed? Please let us know how it goes. We are here to help!

Thanks

In addition to the suggestions from Mahmoud this sounded like it could be something unique to the environment you're working in, like security settings or software preventing the scheduler from loading properly.

Some additional things to test that might help:

If none of these help, I'd suggest opening a ticket for enterprise support through the admin console as described here:

Hi @max2025_user__9236,

Thank you for reporting this issue. To help us investigate, could you please confirm:

  • The browser and version you’re using on PC and Mac

  • If this happens with all scheduled posts or specific ones

  • Any screen recordings showing the behavior

In the meantime, can you please try the following :

  • Refresh the browser or close and reopen Adobe Express.

  • Clear your browser cache and cookies.

  • Try a different browser (Chrome or Edge are recommended).

  • Restart your device and try again.

  • Make sure your browser is up-to-date.

I have shared the case with our engineering team, and we appreciate your patience and feedback — it helps us improve Adobe Express for everyone!
