Issue with the new version update adobe express Oct 2025

When duplicate page and then replace the pictures/image, it comes in low resolution/unlcear. Attached a screenshots to compare. Enclosed below after replacing the image. Please fix the update

i got the same issue! Cleared data and cache, reinstalled the app 3 times now. Used other mail to restart,  It doesnt upload any images. ! Please fix this bug. I cant continue like this for my work

Hi @Tarun Saini,

 

Thanks for your prompt response and support. I Tried on both, Desktop browser which works fine, and Adobe express app were I'm facing the issue. Its more convenient to use adobe express app on the phone.

 

File format I'm using is JPG. Tested uploading on different format and results is same.

Could you please let us know if you've tried on the Adobe Express app or on the browser? If on the app, did you check on the browser?

 

What is the file format you're using to upload? Also, is it happening with all file formats?

Hi @Tarun Saini 

 

Issue when Im using the mobile version. Im using it on Android version 16, One UI version 8. When entering the previous file for editing, after replacing the image from uploading images saved in the mobile, the new image comes in low resolution and unclear. This is somthing new happening never faced such issue for the past 5 years.  Hope this would clarify to solve the issue.
