Issues loading files and images

I'm new to adobe and have full premium access but for the last hour, when i click on an asset on image, it is just a grey box. The same goes for looking in the 'my stuff' section as per the screenshot . I even tried downloading rhe app to see if that would help but its the same. Im using a macbook air
