Issues uploading images on mobile

I get an error uploading images on mobile, whether it's in browser (using web mode) or the app. I posted a review and was directed here. Please let me know what info is needed to look into this.

I have the latest version of the app on the latest Android build on a Samsung Galaxy s21.
