Issues with Adobe Express site loading

Randomly, my Adobe Express will work, and I can use it for a few hours, then it will say "can't reach the page" on the project I was working and when I try to get to the home page. I tried accessing Adobe Express on Chrome too and it says "You're connection is not private." Since, I've tried clearing my cache and browsing history, and now I can get to the home page of Adobe Express, but when I press on a project, it stays on the loading screen. This problem has been occurring for the past 3 days where I can use it and then suddenly cannot. The first day it just wouldn't load the project. On the second day the error page occurred.
