Sorry about the problem and for not responding to you before.

 

What are you trying to do? We recommend checking the Internet connection. Try clearing the cache and cookies from your browser. You will see how to do it for Chrome here. Sometimes, closing the tab and reopening it may help. You can log out, log in to your session, and try to use AX.  

If the issue persists, please send a screenshot so we can see what you're experiencing.
