I cannot find anything in the FAQ regarding size requirements. I am trying to resize the agave photo attached to feature it in an advertisement. PLease help! (personal email removed by moderator)

    I am having the same issue even though my files are far under the maxium limit at 11 MB.

    There is a file size limit of 4000 x 4000 pixels for media uploads. If you are trying to upload an image and nothing is happening, this could be why. Try another, smaller image and see if that works.
